At Women Plus, we constantly endeavour to provide you with the best customer service possible whenever you shop with us. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from the Women Plus website, www.womenplusindia.com. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.

 

RETURNS

At Women Plus, we have a 15-day return and exchange policy, which allows you to return or exchange items purchased from Womenplusindia.com within 15 days of receipt of the product.

Guidelines for a valid return and exchange:

  • The product is Defective (Please attach relevant pictures in reply)
  • Wrong Size Delivered (Other than the one that has been requested).
  • The product should be in its original, unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
  • Minor damages like mirrors, stones, or tassels being pulled off, etc., might happen during transit and are not covered under the return/exchange policy.
  • Due to screen resolution issues, there might be a minor (10%-12%) colour difference between the actual product and the pictures. Please do not ask for an exchange on this ground.
  • International Orders will not be eligible for Size Exchange and returns.
  • Please note that Return / Exchange is allowed once per order.
  • Products on sale, discounted, or purchased with a coupon or gift voucher are not eligible for returns or refunds. Please go through the size chart carefully for on-sale products.

Upon approval of the request, our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep. You will receive an SMS on the day of pick-up.

In case of failure of product pick-up, we make three attempts to pick up the product, and if the product is not picked up in the third attempt, the Pick-up request will be marked as failed.

After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will return it to you.

If you wish to return the product to us, the return shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense and non-refundable. Please do not forget to take the acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Women Plus will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

We recommend returning items through traceable mail.

Returns and exchanges are free of cost if and only if the customer receives the wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (other than the one ordered) or damaged products.

 

SIZE EXCHANGES

We hope you get the correct fits & love our products constantly, and never need to come to this page.

We also provide a margin of 2-3 inches in every outfit.

But in an extremely rare case that you do, here is our Size Exchange policy:

  • Only size exchanges are allowed.
  • The product returned would be exchanged with the same product of a different size (subject to the availability in stock).
  • International Orders are not eligible for size exchanges.
  • No exchange fee will be charged for full-priced products.
  • A minimal fee of INR 300 per product will be charged for exchanging products on sale, discounted, or purchased with a coupon or gift voucher.
  • In case of self-return, the exchange fee will be waived.
  • In case of self-return, shipping costs will be at the customers’ expense and are non-refundable.
  • The approximate period for exchange is 10-15 days, including the transit period, quality check and dispatch time.
  • Please note that exchange is allowed once per order.

Note: We would not provide returns and exchange for Customised Size Orders.

 

REFUND POLICY

Once a return request has been placed with our Customer Support Team, it usually takes 2-4 business days to have the product picked up from your place and another 7 days to initiate a refund after a successful product inspection by the quality check department. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check, which takes about 2 days. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.

The expected timelines are as follows:

For Prepaid Orders, the refund will be credited, equalling the amount of the product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro into the same payment mode using which the payment was made when placing the order.

**For COD orders, the refund against return will be given via payout link equalling the amount of the product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro.

The cost of shipping to & fro (reverse shipping charges as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by you and will not be refunded.

The shipping costs will be displayed in the return request summary while placing the return request.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at support@womenplusindia.com within 6 hours of placing the order from Monday to Saturday between 10 AM- 7 PM (IST).

Please be advised that some of the orders are shipped almost immediately, and it may not always be possible to cancel.

Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Women Plus and accepts the decision regarding the cancellation.
